Data of job applicants
BinckBank shall collect and process all personal data submitted by the job applicant in accordance with the law and in proper and careful manner. These data are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purpose of recruitment. BinckBank takes the necessary measures to ensure that personal data of applicants is accurate and complete.
BinckBank collects personal data of the job applicants regarding their identity, place of residence, adress, nationality, civil status, e-mail adress, telephone number, education (training, courses, internships, etc.) and employment history (current and previous employer(s), possible references, etc.).
BinckBank does not collect and process sensitive information about job applicants. Examples include: data that reveals the racial or ethnic background, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health or sex life of the job applicant.
If under certain circumstances, sensitive information about a job applicant has to be collected or it is volunteered to BinckBank, BinckBank will only process these data with the express written consent of the job applicant. It should be noted that this data will only be collected by BinckBank if it is meant to provide an advantage to the job applicant. Disclosure of personal data of applicants
BinckBank shall under no circumstances make personal data of job applicants available, with the exception of the personal data filled in by the job applicant on the Website, to third parties, with exception to the party that assists BinckBank with the recruitment process.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, BinckBank can be obligated to make personal data of job applicants available. Retention period of personal data of job applicants

BinckBank stores personal data of applicants for a period of three years. Afterwards, the personal data will be deleted, unless BinckBank has the job applicant’s permission to extend the retention period by one year.
After the expiration of the retention period of personal data of job applicants, the personal data will be removed from the database of BinckBank.
BinckBank uses appropriate security technologies to best protect personal data of job applicants against loss, unauthorized access, improper use and all other manner of unlawful processing.
Only employees of BinckBank involved in the recruitment process of job applicants have access to personal data of the job applicants.
